Sahil Saharia is presently the Chief Executive Officer and has 22 years of professional experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure and other sectors. Under his guidance & leadership, the organization has achieved many milestones and reached new heights of excellence. He is heading 2 large Townships – Shristinagar in Guwahati (spread over 250 acres) and Shristinagar in Asansol (spread over 90 acres) along with Premium V Apartment Project in Rajarhat, Kolkata. He has shown diversified interests in the business, continuously exploring new dimensions and touching greater milestones.

Having extensive experience in Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Development & Execution, he has successfully launched 4 Shopping Malls in upcoming towns in Eastern India. In 2017, he completed his Advanced Management Programme in Infrastructure (Infrastructure Management) from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
